Mr. Scantlebury obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree with honours from the University of London in 2002 and a Master of Laws degree from the same University in 2010.

  • Civil, Family & Criminal Litigation – Success in claims involving condominium law, corporate law, personal injuries, medical mal-practice, property rights, cross-border disputes for enforcement of foreign judgments e.g. ‘Norwich Pharmacal’, breach of contract, habeas corpus, defamation, divorce, child support, assault and other claims.

  

  • Bank Foreclosures – Helped clients get fair upset prices for court-ordered auction sale.

 

  • Admiralty Claims – Prevented the government from seizing an internationally flagged tanker.

  • Police disciplinary proceedings – Successfully represented officers accused of misconduct.
