The Federation of Saint Christopher (St. Kitts) and Nevis is home to the oldest Citizenship by Investment programme in the world. This programme allows suitable applicants to obtain citizenship by investing in the Federation either in the form of purchasing qualifying real estate at a minimum cost of US$200,000.00 (for a share interest resalable in 7 years) or a minimum cost of US$400,000.00 for full ownership (resalable in 5 years). Applicants may also get St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment by making a non-refundable minimum donation of US$150,000.00 to the St. Kitts and Nevis Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF).

 

           Once applicants satisfy all the other legal requirements and pass the government’s rigorous background checks, the benefits of having a 2nd passport and a 2nd domicile can be theirs. With a St Kitts and Nevis passport, you can visit 156 countries around the world without a visa, including the Schengen states, UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. Other Benefits include:
